Withdrawal Notice and Model Form
Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For service or digital contracts, the period generally begins when the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right, send us an unambiguous statement of your decision. You may use the form on this page, but it is not mandatory. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal
For an effective withdrawal, payments received, including legally required standard delivery costs, are generally returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the notice is received. The same payment method is normally used.
Special statutory rules may govern the start of performance, proportionate payment, and loss of withdrawal rights for digital content or services. This site does not claim that the right ends merely because the order was confirmed; the declarations collected in the specific Paddle checkout and mandatory law control.
Model form
To withdraw, provide your name, email address, and order or transaction reference. You do not need to give a reason.
The form creates a withdrawal request and an acknowledgment. It does not automatically issue a refund; any repayment is reviewed and processed through Paddle.
