Payments and ending a contract
Refund, Cancellation, and Withdrawal Policy
Voluntary 30-day guarantee
In addition to statutory rights, we will refund the first charge for a newly purchased paid offer when requested within 30 calendar days after that charge.
The guarantee applies separately to the first annual-licence charge, the first lifetime-licence purchase, and the first payment for an annual-to-lifetime upgrade. It excludes renewal charges, repeat purchases of the same offer, abusive duplicate accounts, and offers already refunded.
How to request a refund
Use the buyer-support route in your Paddle order confirmation or contact us at /contact. Include the order or transaction identifier and the email address used for the purchase. No reason is required for the voluntary guarantee.
Refunds are processed only through Paddle to the original payment method. We do not issue off-platform manual payment refunds.
Effect of a refund
After a confirmed full refund, the affected paid entitlement is deactivated. If a lifetime upgrade is refunded, an underlying annual entitlement is restored where it would still be active without the upgrade.
Partial refunds, chargebacks, and fraud cases are handled according to applicable law and the specific Paddle record.
Cancelling an annual licence
Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally leaves access in place until the end of the paid period. Cancellation alone does not create a retroactive refund.
Statutory rights
Statutory withdrawal, conformity, warranty, and refund rights remain fully unaffected. Consumers can find the withdrawal notice and model form at /withdraw.
